Quality & Standards
Conformance you can check, not just claim.
Our valves conform to API, ASME, ISO and international standards, under an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — and every certificate behind that claim is published here in full.
QMS & accreditation
API 6D Monogram accreditation.
Our API 6D Monogram accreditation, supported by an API Q1 compliant Quality Management System, reflects our commitment to consistent quality, process control and product traceability.
From design, material sourcing and machining to assembly, testing and final inspection, every stage is carried out under controlled processes to meet the requirements of API 6D. This gives our customers confidence in the reliability, consistency and performance of every SERINO valve.
An IMS system, kept improving.
Our Integrated Management System (IMS) brings together our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety practices under a single, structured management framework. Our IMS is supported by certifications to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, covering Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
This integrated approach helps us maintain consistent processes, improve product quality, reduce environmental impact and provide a safe and responsible workplace. It also supports continual improvement across our operations, from manufacturing and inspection to customer delivery and after sales support.

Accreditations
Every certificate behind the claim, published in full.
Independently issued and currently valid. Select any certificate to read it at full size.
Customer enlistments & approvals
Registered and enlisted with the buyers who specify these valves.
Testing & validation
In-house test facilities, not a subcontractor's certificate.
Fire-safe, cyclic, cryogenic and fugitive emission testing all run on our own rigs, which is what lets us validate a prototype and then hold the same standard in production.
Cryogenic test machine
The full rig: liquid nitrogen supply, flow meter panel and instrumentation around the test tank.
Cyclic test facility
Automated cyclic test stand for endurance and operability verification.
FE type & production testing
Type and production testing on gate and other valve types within enclosed test bays, per API 641 and API 624, and ISO 15848-2.
Methane analyzer
Dedicated analyzer equipment for fugitive emission measurement.
Dedicated FE enclosure
A purpose-built enclosure so emission measurement is taken in controlled conditions.
Testing booths
Dedicated booths where valves are set up and run through their test sequence.
Quality & finishing
Inspection and surface finishing.
Quality control: measurement & marking
Dimensional inspection, receiving inspection and marking on precision granite tables.
Shot blasting, painting & PTFE coating
Shot-blasting, painting booth, PTFE coating facility and baking oven for surface finishing.
Continuous internal training
Keeping our people ahead of standards.
Quality is not a one-time achievement—it is a continuous process. At SERINO, we conduct ongoing internal training for our teams to ensure that every employee involved in design, manufacturing, inspection, testing, quality control and documentation stays current with applicable codes, standards, revisions and addendums.
- Continuous updates on applicable API, ASME, ISO and other industry standards
- Training on new revisions, changes and addendums to relevant codes and specifications
- Practical training for employees directly involved in manufacturing, inspection, testing and quality assurance
- Internal knowledge-sharing sessions to translate standard changes into shop-floor practices and procedures
- Regular reinforcement of quality requirements, inspection criteria and documentation practices
- Role-specific training to ensure that every person understands how changes in standards affect their work
Our commitment is simple: every person involved in the process is trained, updated and equipped to deliver consistently to the required quality standards. SERINO — Quality through Knowledge.
